Shipping Policy:
Joysentials offer delivery within the U.S. using UPS at current published rates. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses or US territories. Upon special request, we are able to ship via FedEx or USPS or to P.O Box and APO/FPO addresses, please email us at info@joysentials.com.

Shipping Method When items will arrive*
Ground Service 5-7 business days, excluding holidays.
2 Business Days Arrives in two business days when ordered before 5pm ET, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Next Business Day Arrives next business day when ordered before 5pm ET, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

* Shipping delivery times are estimated base on UPS guidelines. Actual delivery times may vary.



Ordering Terms and Conditions:
Once an order has been submitted, we are not able to cancel your order.

Proofs are provided for invitation, stationery, and other personalized product orders. Proofs are provided as black and white PDF files or for on-screen viewing. Live sample proofs are available for an additional fee.

By approving the proof for your order, you agree the order is correct and that you will pay the balance in full. Modifications cannot be made after your proof approval is received. Production normally starts within 24 hours after your approval is received.

Due to their custom nature, monogrammed and personalized products (including invitations, stationery, favors and gifts) are not eligible for exchange, return or refund unless they are damaged.

For all other items, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will exchange it or issue a store credit or refund at our discretion.
